All our packages are shipped via Standard Shipping as our default method. We strive to provide a balance of speed and safety for our original designs. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team in advance for a specialized quote.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, for larger orders or under certain circumstances, we may need to provide additional information to customs and cooperate with the buyer to provide necessary paperwork. Please note that each destination country has different import tax thresholds on the value of goods before import tax is chargeable.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will my package be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Address Change Policy

At Cubforest, we work quickly to process your orders so your new plush companions can reach you as soon as possible. Because of this expedited process, we adhere to the following address change policy:

  • The 24-Hour Guarantee Window: You are guaranteed the ability to change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order at no additional charge.

  • After 24 Hours (Attempt Only): After this window, your order may already be with our fulfillment partners or carriers. We will try our best to intercept it, but success is not guaranteed.

  • Post-Shipment Liability: Once a package has been picked up by the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or international postal services), changing the address is difficult and often incurs significant rerouting or interception fees.

    • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all carrier-mandated fees associated with address corrections after shipment.

    • Failed Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay rerouting fees and the package is returned to us, the original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any final refund.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:

  • let you know,
  • cancel your order; and
  • give you a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Generally, there are two reasons for return:

  • If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
  • If a customer returns an item simply because they do not like it, they are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
    • The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
    • The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
    • The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
    • The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
    • The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
    • The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation
  • The item has not been used and Cubforest 30-day return policy applies
  • Any item returned to sender undelivered.
  • Any item not delivered within 90 days.

All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement. We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Products that do not qualify for our 30-day return policy.
  • Orders valued at $1,000 or more,
  • Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.
  • Product not in original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for bulk orders of the same product ("bulk order": ten or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of items, we recommend that you purchase one item first to confirm it meets your needs. For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelling orders is only possible within 1days after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.) 

If your order shows as already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling the order, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as warehousing fees, order processing fees, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. This is because a series of costs are incurred as soon as the package is shipped. *Please carefully check your order before purchasing to ensure there are no errors.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

OUR RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.
  2. Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at info@cubforest.net.
  3. We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.
  4. We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.
  5. You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
  6. Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
  7. We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
