Where are items located?

To ensure the most efficient delivery and to share our original designs with the global community, Cubforest operates with a strategic fulfillment model:

Most domestic orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Colorado, USA.

To ensure you can always get your favorite characters, if an item is out of stock in our US warehouse, we will ship your package directly from our Asia factory.

Regardless of the shipping location, every plush companion undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to meet our high standards before being sent to its new home.

All orders qualify for free standard shipping

All our packages are shipped via Standard Shipping as our default method. We strive to provide a balance of speed and safety for our original designs. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team in advance for a specialized quote.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, for larger orders or under certain circumstances, we may need to provide additional information to customs and cooperate with the buyer to provide necessary paperwork. Please note that each destination country has different import tax thresholds on the value of goods before import tax is chargeable.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will my package be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Can't find the email? Please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still missing, your email system may have filtered it—please Contact Us and we will provide your tracking details manually.

How long will delivery take?

While delivery times vary by shipping method and your specific location, our typical estimates are (Please note that these timeframes apply after the processing period):

  • United States: 7-10 Business Days.

  • International: Most orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local postal efficiency.

  • Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please Contact Us so we can investigate its status with the carrier.

(Note: Estimated delivery windows may vary depending on customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control.)

We do not ship to the following countries / regions:

· Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Georgia, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan,  Yemen, American Samoa, Cook Island, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Island, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, San Marino.

· All African Countries

· South America: Bolivia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Shipping Address Change Policy

At Cubforest, we work quickly to process your orders so your new plush companions can reach you as soon as possible. Because of this expedited process, we adhere to the following address change policy:

  • The 24-Hour Guarantee Window: You are guaranteed the ability to change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order at no additional charge.

  • After 24 Hours (Attempt Only): After this window, your order may already be with our fulfillment partners or carriers. We will try our best to intercept it, but success is not guaranteed.

  • Post-Shipment Liability: Once a package has been picked up by the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or international postal services), changing the address is difficult and often incurs significant rerouting or interception fees.

    • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all carrier-mandated fees associated with address corrections after shipment.

    • Failed Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay rerouting fees and the package is returned to us, the original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any final refund.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:

  • let you know,
  • cancel your order; and
  • give you a refund.
