All our packages are shipped via Standard Shipping as our default method. We strive to provide a balance of speed and safety for our original designs. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team in advance for a specialized quote.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, for larger orders or under certain circumstances, we may need to provide additional information to customs and cooperate with the buyer to provide necessary paperwork. Please note that each destination country has different import tax thresholds on the value of goods before import tax is chargeable.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address Change Policy
At Cubforest, we work quickly to process your orders so your new plush companions can reach you as soon as possible. Because of this expedited process, we adhere to the following address change policy:

The 24-Hour Guarantee Window: You are guaranteed the ability to change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order at no additional charge.

After 24 Hours (Attempt Only): After this window, your order may already be with our fulfillment partners or carriers. We will try our best to intercept it, but success is not guaranteed.

Post-Shipment Liability: Once a package has been picked up by the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or international postal services), changing the address is difficult and often incurs significant rerouting or interception fees.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Generally, there are two reasons for return:
- If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services.
- If a customer returns an item simply because they do not like it, they are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:

- The item has not been used and Cubforest 30-day return policy applies
- Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above are eligible for a full refund and replacement. We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee 100% return/refund or free replacement.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

- We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for bulk orders of the same product ("bulk order": ten or more of the same product). For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 1days after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
If your order shows as already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling the order, we will charge 30%-50% of the order amount as warehousing fees, order processing fees, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. This is because a series of costs are incurred as soon as the package is shipped. *Please carefully check your order before purchasing to ensure there are no errors.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your item according to your tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
- Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
- We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. REFUNDS
